These resources are provided for general information only. They are not a substitute for professional, legal or immigration advice, and requirements published by universities, examination bodies and government authorities can change at any time. Always verify critical details with the official source before acting on them.

3. No guarantee of admission or visa

Admission decisions are made solely by universities and institutions, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. MAX Education Links does not control and cannot influence those decisions.

Nothing on this website, in our guides, or in any conversation with our counsellors constitutes a promise or guarantee of admission, scholarship, visa approval, employment, or any particular outcome. Any timelines, fees, eligibility criteria or success indicators we share are indicative and based on information available to us at the time.

4. Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us, plus limited technical data that is generated automatically when you browse the site.

Information you provide:

• Your name
• Your mobile or WhatsApp number
• Your email address, where you choose to give one
• Details about your study plans — such as your intended intake, the stage you are at, your preferred country or course, and your academic background
• Any other information you include in a message, enquiry or document you share with us

Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit, and the advertisement or link that brought you to our site.

We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, or full government identity numbers through website forms or WhatsApp.

5. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you the guide, resource or information you requested, including over WhatsApp or email
• Contact you to understand your requirements and offer counselling and admission assistance
• Shortlist universities, courses and intakes that match your profile, and prepare and support your applications
• Send you relevant updates about intakes, deadlines, entrance tests, scholarships, events and our services
• Respond to your questions, requests and complaints, and keep a record of our interactions
• Improve our website, resources and services, and measure how well our campaigns perform
• Meet any legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations that apply to us

6. Your consent to be contacted

When you submit a form on our website or tick the consent box, you expressly authorise MAX Education Links and its authorised representatives to contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS and email in connection with your enquiry and our services.

This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or under any DND, NCPR or similar preference, and it overrides that registration to the extent permitted by law. You are giving this consent voluntarily because you have asked us for information or assistance.

You can withdraw this consent at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, tell our counsellor on a call, or write to md@maxelinks.com asking to be removed. We will stop promotional contact promptly. We may still need to contact you about an application that is already in progress.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only in the following situations:

• Universities and institutions — where you have asked us to explore or submit an application, we share the profile details needed to assess your eligibility and process that application.
• Partner representatives and admission bodies — official representatives of institutions, and testing or credential-evaluation bodies, where this is required to advance your application.
• Service providers — organisations that operate our systems on our behalf, such as our website hosting, database, messaging and analytics providers. They may process your data only on our instructions.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.

Where you apply to an institution outside India, your information will necessarily be transferred to that country so your application can be assessed.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry and application records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. If you are no longer engaging with us and ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain part of it by law or for the defence of legal claims.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and loss. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff who need it to do their job.
